Returning an order
If you are not completely satisfied with your T-YAY product, you can return your order within 14 days after receipt.

How can I return?
1. E-mail us you want to return an item: tyayamsterdam@gmail.com
2. Pack the items in the original envelope or box or any other sturdy cardboard box and include your name and order number.
3. Send the package with tracking code to the address below.

The costs for returning your order are for you and we recommend to keep a proof of sending with track & trace. If the return package gets lost, this is not our responsibility.

When is my return processed?
Within 2 weeks after receipt of your package you will receive a confirmation that your return has been processed and the amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately that is not possible. If you want to receive a new item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order on www.tyay.com.

I want to return multiple orders at once
You can always return 2 orders at once in 1 shipment. However, you must then enclose 2 different return forms with the correct order numbers.
